DEVELOPMENT PROGRAMS

Baltaş Training programs are collected under five principal headings. Given a thirty-year experience with memorable contributions to the business life in Turkey, Baltaş Group also provides consultancy for the planning, foundation and development of institutions and systems as well as consultancy at individual level by planning the career targets and development routes of the employees as well as individual coaching and mentoring projects.

Situation analyses are made in collaboration with the institutional management. Qualitative and quantitative diagnoses and evaluation techniques are used with the contributions of the Baltaş Assessment Center. The subject is investigated jointly with individuals or groups involved in the subject. The collected data are evaluated in the direction of the institutional targets and project recommendation is prepared as a report. Consultancy and supervision services are provided during the implementation process. The duration of the project is determined in relation to the sector and the size of the institutiton.
