BALTAŞ COMPETENCE TEST (BEYT)

BEYT has been developed for the fast and objective selection of the suitable candidates meeting the institutional expectations and needs for general competence.

The aim of implementing the BEYT is to analyse the functions demonstrating the skills required by the position in question with the mental processes of the individuals. It is a very useful pre-selection tool to be used prior to the personality inventories.
